1 General Provisions & Definitions

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members at b2299 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple members of the same household or multiple people claiming a bonus from the same device may be considered misuse.
• b2299 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, b2299 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Playing or betting using software, bots, or automation.

• Match fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error or disconnection, b2299 reserves the right to void or restart the relevant bet. In such situations, abnormal winnings obtained due to a technical error on the part of any game provider will not be considered valid.

7 VIP Program

The b2299 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier based on regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits may be changed at b2299's discretion. VIP status may be revoked if an account violation occurs for any reason.
